Anna’s approach combines business strategy, market positioning, investment advisory and financing solutions, supporting developers, asset owners and investors across international markets.
Adalbert Arredondo
Real Estate Asset Advisor
Adalbert is part of GROWARP’s international real estate advisory team, specializing in asset analysis and evaluation.
His role focuses on assessing real estate assets from financial, technical, legal and commercial perspectives, identifying risks, opportunities and value potential to support informed investment decisions.
He contributes to the evaluation of high-value properties, development projects, land and hospitality assets, examining their investment fundamentals and market positioning.
